The Art of Using and Managing Diversity

As companies increasingly serve global markets, executives and their staff face new challenges: cross-border assignments, multi-nationally staffed departments and projects, visits abroad.
Until now, this trend has been viewed more as a source of growing complexity and conflicts as opposed to being a source of opportunities and potentials.
This seminar focuses on the intercultural potential, on the capability of managing differences, on the leading of intercultural teams, managing international projects more effectively, and operating with a higher sensitivity and stronger goal-orientation in an intercultural environment.
The goal is for the intercultural competence to evolve into a key competence and, at the same time, identify additional ideas and actions in conjunction with topics such as innovation, communication, creativity, control and solution-orientation.
